Find the right class for you.

Our reformer Pilates classes are thoughtfully structured to support you at different stages, from those completely new to the reformer through to more progressive, strength-focused sessions.

Every class has a maximum of six people, allowing your instructor to give you individual guidance and support throughout.

Many of our classes are led by osteopaths and physiotherapists, and all instructors work closely with our clinical team — so wherever you start, you are in expert hands.

Not sure which class is right for you?
We recommend starting with a 1:1 Discovery Session, particularly if you are new to the reformer or returning after injury. This gives us the opportunity to understand your needs, familiarise you with the equipment, and guide you towards the most appropriate classes.
