Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a personalised form of Pilates designed to improve strength, stability and movement control. Unlike general Pilates classes, it is guided by practitioners with clinical training such as Osteopaths or Physiotherapists who understand who the body moves, how injuries develop, and how exercise can support recovery, and long term health.

At Tide End Health, Clinical Pilates is often used alongside osteopathy and physiotherapy to support rehabilitation, improve posture and build strength in a safe and structured way.

What to Expect

Sessions focus on controlled, precise movement, helping to improve the way muscles support your joints and work together efficiently. Where appropriate Clinical Pilates may form part of a wider treatment programme.
